On completion documents are consolidated for the operation manual with relevant approvals achieved from building control and others. We compile a photographic record throughout the construction process which is shared on completion ,providing an invaluable resource for future work and by way of transparency reflecting the confidence we have in our work.
Tenders, JCTs, administration, valuations and variation

Our team has a long established knowledge of key requirements around building control compliance and the ability to sequence tasks to maximise the value of inspections. Our understanding of programming and professionalism in workmanship and site management ensures that agents for Building Control, release of funding, conservation or preservation agents and those with an interest in health and safety issues are well informed, on board and on side. Commissioning, the handover your warranties and after service
Toward and after project completion: Comprehensive snagging, acceptance of fault finding and remedial action, commissioning of mechanical / electrical systems, audiovisual, aircon, pumping / drainage and air management systems to be left both compliant and robust. Preparation of operation manual, either electronic or file, alongside demonstration of systems and handover with a project specific defects period to achieve final contract balance release. Beyond this a comprehensive and diligent after-care service and access to extensive photographic files recording all concealed structures services and construction stage buildups. And invaluable record accessible to the client for the years ahead.
